Union Drilling to Participate in Upcoming Investor Conferences

Union Drilling, Inc. (Nasdaq: UDRL) announced today that it will be participating in two upcoming investor conferences. A.J. Verdecchia, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will take part in a panel discussion with other service companies at the BMO Capital Markets 2009 North American Unconventional Gas Conference at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, January 13 in New York.
